Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges.
Act as a brand ambassador: Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
