Specific responsibilities for the Mulesoft Architect position include:
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Partner with clients on cross鈥慺unctional, team鈥慴ased projects to deliver scalable Mulesoft solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope while aligning technical solutions with business goals
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non鈥憈echnical stakeholders, setting clear expectations and guiding decision鈥憁aking
- Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences.
- Leverage CapTech鈥檚 internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate technical thought leadership by contributing to architectural standards, best practices, and reusable accelerators
- Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews, communities of practice, and ongoing knowledge sharing
- Participate in technical pre鈥憇ales activities, including solution design, estimations, and delivery scoping for prospective clients
- Gain exposure to a variety of clients, business models, and industry verticals
