Site standby support and carry out corrective/preventive, reactive and operational support activities with Beumer sorter and conveyor system in response to customer requirements.
Monitor the performance of the equipment; Aim to achieve optimum KPI鈥檚 in line with customer demands and service contract.
Adhere to the quality and reporting systems.
Communicate with the service manager - and customer in a clear and concise manner.
Provide adequate feedback and intelligence to Beumer Customer Support.
Adhere to the monthly performance report to the customer/supervisor.
Aim to achieve optimum KPI鈥檚 in line with maintenance requirement.
