Job Description:
1. Leads the project management and implementation for projects in BEUMER China.
2. Ensures project management skills and techniques are applied consistently throughout the organization, delivering timely and quality outcomes.
3. Control the project budget and cost based on the company policy, quality standard and agreed targets.
4. Introduce and apply professional project management processes and tools to the organization.
5. Ensure standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met in processes.
6. Instruct and improve PM knowledge and technology to maximize production efficiency.
7. Manager the whole project manager team.
