The Pricing Analyst supports the Customer Support organization by developing, analyzing, and maintaining pricing structures for spare parts, service offerings, and aftermarket solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, profitable, and consistent pricing across customers while supporting operational efficiency and high service levels in an intralogistics automation environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of supply chain, parts logistics, and customer support operations in a technical or industrial setting. This role reports to the Director, Spare Parts Logistics and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing & Analysis
- Develop, maintain, and analyze pricing models for spare parts, retrofit kits, service agreements, and other aftermarket offerings.
- Manage spare parts and service pricing list
- Monitor margins, discounts, and cost drivers to ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and market conditions.
- Conduct price variance, margin, and profitability analysis by customer, region, and product line.
- Support pricing strategies for long-term service agreements (LSAs), parts contracts, and customer-specific pricing programs.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner closely with Parts Logistics, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
- Support quote-to-order processes by validating pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
- Assist in standardizing pricing tools, processes, and approval workflows.
- Act as a pricing subject-matter resource for aftermarket and customer support teams.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain pricing data within ERP and related systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track pricing performance, KPIs, and trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and pricing simplification.
Market & Cost Awareness
- Analyze supplier cost changes, freight, inventory carrying costs, and other inputs impacting aftermarket pricing.
- Monitor, benchmark competitive pricing and market trends relevant to intralogistics automation and industrial aftermarket services.
- Support annual price adjustments and ad-hoc pricing initiatives.
Compensation range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually
The posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.
