As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across C-Suite/executive roles. You鈥檒l bring a deep understanding of executive search, leverage your existing network, and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for C-Suite/executive roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Proactively source high-caliber candidates through your network, headhunting, events, and online platforms.
Manage pipelines and talent pools, conduct initial screens, and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.
Develop and refine recruiting strategies to target passive talent in competitive markets.
Create competency profiles and talent maps.
Maintain data integrity in our ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, etc.
