As an Engineer you will specialise in plumbing and heating to manage and maintain these services and systems at sites within the property portfolio.
Working in our varied commercial and residential properties as part of a small team within the Facilities and Services department supporting the plumbing and heating services.
Familiarity with creating and completing all required maintenance documentation and updates on our electronic systems. This will include creating written job plans and technical reports.
As part of the team, you will support the department鈥檚 on-call rota, including any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.
