Job Duties:
- Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
- Communicating with your partner to keep everyone safe
- Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles
- Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
- Receiving continuous development and guidance to turn an entry level opportunity into a long-term career
- Assists Field Supervisors in job setups and pick-ups
- Assists as a flagger on Flagging projects
- Assists in the cleanup of the Yard and Warehouse
Competencies:
- Able to follow instructions and directions.
- Able to communicate effectively with the Supervisor in turn.
- Able to work with basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill, etc.
- Able to show up to work on time and ready
