This role blends analytical skills with a strong understanding of digital content and marketing to create, plan, implement, and optimize content strategies that drive brand positioning and enrollment growth. Reporting directly to the Content Marketing Manager, this role is integral to supporting the Marketing team at the SĂŁo Paulo campus, ensuring that all content aligns with Avenuesâ mission and branding philosophies, with strong ownership over Avenues SĂŁo Pauloâs digital content presence and a high standard of editorial judgment and strategic thinking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and managing implementation schedules and strategic actions to ensure timely and effective content delivery across channels (including social media, email campaigns, website, and blog articles) in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Monitors, collects, and analyzes performance data (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) across channels to produce comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations for content optimization and campaign improvements.
Creates, publishes, and manages written and visual content tailored to different audiences, in the form of website updates, blog articles, email marketing, social media posts/messages, campaigns etc, ensuring alignment with Avenuesâ brand, tone, and marketing objectives.
Owns the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of digital content across platforms, ensuring high editorial standards and strategic alignment with enrollment and brand objectives.
Conducts competitive research and monitors public sentiment and digital trends to identify opportunities for differentiation, growth, and audience engagement.
Manages and maintains a content calendar to ensure timely, strategic, and consistent content delivery aligned with marketing initiatives and key admissions dates and events.
Supports multimedia content production, including video and photo shooting and editing, to deliver high-quality, impactful digital assets.
Monitors and manages the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering positive interactions and building an engaged digital audience.
Collaborates with external PR and marketing agencies to ensure alignment of our messaging, strategy, and goals.
Engages with faculty and academic teams to understand classroom experiences and learning practices, translating them into accurate, compelling, and authentic content narratives.
Collaborates closely with Admissions and Marketing to interpret content performance in relation to enrollment goals, supporting data-informed decisions across the admissions funnel.
Continuously monitors trends in content marketing, social media, and digital analytics, translating insights and performance data into strategic evolution of content formats, channels, and narratives.
