Your New Role
As a Claims Agent B2C, you will be responsible for handling claims and providing excellent customer service. You will act as the point of contact for our customers regarding claims and ensure that each case is handled accurately and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assessing and processing incoming claims.
- Communicating with customers to inform them about the status of their claim and requesting any additional information.
- Observing and analyzing claims to determine whether they fall under warranty.
- Reviewing garage quotes and assessing whether the provided documents and information support the claims.
- Ensuring the best and most favorable resolution of each claim for both the customer and the business.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve claims quickly and efficiently.
- Carefully processing claims administratively in our system.
- Providing customer-focused solutions and putting situations into perspective to ensure customer satisfaction.
