Technical drawings and document management and submissions;
Coordinate with technical teams and arrange project deliverables timely manner;
Format, proofread project technical reports, administrative reports, service offers and quotations (spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation, etc.);
Familiar with internal and external electronic document management systems;
Perform data entry in various tables and databases;
Review tender and contract documents and participate in start-up meetings as required;
Perform various clerical and administrative tasks requiring a very good knowledge of established procedures and practices, to support resources in their operations;
Perform all other day today office tasks, answering calls, office inventory management,etc.
