As the Restaurant Manager of LUURA鈥檚 all-day dining restaurant, you will oversee all aspects of the outlet鈥檚 operations, ensuring every service, experience, and interaction reflects the high standards of RIKAS. You are responsible for delivering a seamless, elevated guest journey鈥攆rom breakfast service in guest rooms to dinner and late-night offerings鈥攃ombining operational excellence, consistency, and attention to detail.
You will lead with a hands-on, visible presence on the floor, setting benchmarks for service, professionalism, and guest engagement. Your expertise will ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, drive team performance, support staff development, and deliver commercial results. You will uphold the restaurant鈥檚 distinct identity while embedding RIKAS operational standards, culture, and brand values throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the all-day dining restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room-service breakfast delivery, ensuring smooth service flow and operational efficiency.
- Uphold and communicate the restaurant鈥檚 philosophy and high standards, ensuring consistency in every aspect of service, presentation, and guest experience.
- Lead, inspire, and manage all restaurant staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational manuals, and training materials tailored to all-day dining and in-room breakfast service.
- Conduct pre-shift line-ups, coaching, and training sessions to ensure staff deliver consistently high standards.
- Be present on the floor throughout service, actively coaching, monitoring guest interactions, and personally assisting with VIP or special requests.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining brand reputation and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B Manager, Front Office Manager, Chef, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, service, and support functions.
- Manage inventory, stock, and ordering processes for the restaurant, ensuring operational readiness and availability of ingredients, beverages, and in-room breakfast supplies.
- Monitor and control budgets, P&L, and operational costs while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the restaurant鈥檚 ambiance, presentation, lighting, music, and decor reflect high standards and a welcoming, versatile all-day dining environment.
- Support the kitchen team during service when necessary to ensure smooth coordination and service flow.
- Plan and execute special events, seasonal menus, promotions, and unique guest experiences aligned with the restaurant鈥檚 concept.
- Analyze guest feedback, operational data, and market trends to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and elevated dining experiences.
- Utilize HR and operational systems for staff scheduling, performance tracking, payroll, and compliance reporting.
- Foster a motivated, professional, and culturally aligned team, ensuring high staff engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to excellent service standards.
- Adapt standards and ways of working in accordance with RIKAS brand direction and LUURA operational standards.
