You will lead the Rooms world鈥擣ront Office, Guest Experience, Butler Services, Housekeeping, and Residences鈥攅nsuring that every encounter feels effortless, expressive, and deeply human. Design and deliver a seamless, emotionally resonant Rooms experience that transforms stays into lasting memories.
Champion personalized service, intuitive anticipation, and Faena鈥檚 signature rituals across all guest touchpoints.
Ensure flawless coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler, and Guest Services.
Pre-Opening & Operational Readiness
Lead Rooms pre-opening planning, recruitment, training, and operational simulations.
Establish SOPs, service sequences, and quality assurance standards aligned with Faena鈥檚 ultra-luxury positioning.
Partner with IT, Engineering, and Housekeeping to ensure systems, rooms, and public areas are opening-ready.
Leadership & Culture
Recruit, inspire, and develop high-performing Rooms leaders and teams.
Foster a culture of pride, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
Support Saudization goals through mentoring, development, and succession planning.
Performance & Quality Management
Drive Rooms KPIs including guest satisfaction, cleanliness, service consistency, and operational efficiency.
Balance service excellence with cost control, labor productivity, and asset protection.
Personally oversee VIP arrivals, residents, and high-profile guests.
Collaboration & Community
Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Spa, and F&B to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Act as a visible host and cultural ambassador within the hotel and the Diriyah community.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, safety standards, and brand requirements.
