Reporting into the Security Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for providing security on the work site.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Controlling the entrances and exits (visitors, employees, customers)
- Locking and unlocking doors
- Patrolling, on foot or by vehicle, buildings and yard
- Protecting evidence in the event of a crime
- Protecting the scene of an incident
- Responding to fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, floods, water leaks, hazardous materials
- Writing reports and logs
- Preventing Crime
- Carrying out searches when in doubt
- Performing all other related tasks
