We are looking for a qualified and professional Class 1 driver to join our transportation team in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from customer sites and other AIM facilities.
What you're responsible for:
- Operating鈥痑 12-wheel, class 1鈥痗ommercial vehicle鈥痶o transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment鈥痑nd secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Performing manual tarping if necessary
- Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition
- Completing鈥痑ccurate and thorough records of deliveries鈥痑nd any other required documentation
- Follow safety and driving regulations at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
