Supporting business stakeholders and product owners on technical aspects of requests and delivery.
Explaining technical concepts in simple terms to product owners and business stakeholders.
Embedding innovation into daily routines.
Verifying that approaches are aligned with architecture and approved (new components/processes).
Participating in daily work with developers.
Having deep knowledge of business processes and requirements.
Working closely with the Java Competence Lead and other Tech Leads to improve and optimize processes.
Promoting operational excellence.
Performing some administrative tasks with team members.
Conducting technical interviews.
