Production & Support
Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of SSO and Identity Management platforms
Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and problem analysis
Proactively identify improvements to reduce recurring incidents
Projects & Platform Evolution
Contribute to the delivery of identity and authentication-related projects
Support application teams during integration and troubleshooting phases
Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions
Drive automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency
Governance & Change
Work within formal change and incident management frameworks
Ensure changes are properly documented, reviewed, and executed
Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams
