Following this, the consultant on this roll will have the missions below:
Proactive Incident Resolution on ticketing tools (approximately 20% of the activity, with priority 0 for the client):
Developing Client-Requested Evolutions on AVL Concerto:
Technical Documentation Writing
Generating and Documenting Internal Feedback
Escalating Technical Information to the project manager for client-side negotiations on quality and deadline
