The role of a Confirmed Function Safety Designer is to update the Electrical and Electronic Architecture Design dossier (DCEE) to specify functional requirements. In addition, the individual is expected to work autonomously and contribute to technical and functional discussions.
- Conduct audits on use cases and scenarios.
- Design and consolidate DCEE system functional specifications.
- Manage integration of modification requests.
- Prepare and present QCTP (Quality, Cost, Time, Planning) to the client Management.
- Align with suppliers and follow-up on requirements.
- Interact with the client design group, project teams, TCS, and component teams.
- Analyze issues and perform DIAG synthesis.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Actively participate in technical and functional discussions, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EE designs with other systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented EE designs, making necessary improvements.
