As a PMO, you will join our client's site to manage the planning and monitoring of strategic projects. You will work closely with project managers and be responsible for:
- Developing a project strategy aligned with objectives, resources, risks, timelines, and budget.
- Defining project milestones and planning, prioritizing tasks.
- Managing and executing tasks while adhering to quality standards.
- Leading follow-up meetings to ensure proper resource allocation, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Optimizing processes and standards and implementing proactive risk management.
