ThePackage Health Business Analyst (APTD)will serve as theĀ Product Ownerfor Package Health initiatives across all APTDĀ sites. This role focuses onrequirement ownership, product backlog management, project execution, and system adoption, working closely withĀ IT and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. The analyst will also act asaadvocatefor new system adoption, includingMES and AI-enabled solutions, driving value realization andupskilling across the organization.Ā

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Ownership & Product Governance (APTD Package Health)
Act as theProduct Ownerfor APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.
Consolidateand rationalizePackage Health requirementsto ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability.
Own andmaintaintheproduct backlog, including prioritization aligned withAPTDstrategy and business value.
Define clear business requirements, epics,user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions.

2. Project & Program Management (APTD Package Health Initiatives)
Ownend-to-end project executionfor APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept through deployment and stabilization.
Develop andmaintainproject plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registersacross multiple sites and stakeholders.
Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ensuretimelyand predictable delivery.
Prepare regular project statusupdates, decision briefs, and escalation summaries for leadership reviews.3. Cross-Functional Solution Alignment
Act as the primaryProduct Owner interfacebetweenAPTDandETDfor solution design, prioritization, and delivery.
Translate APTD business needs into system-level requirements for platforms such asPADK,eTRA, PEIP, PTM, and FE tools.
Participate in solution and architecture reviews to ensure functional fit, data integrity, scalability, andusability.
Supportharmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems.

4. New System Adoption & Advocacy
Drive adoption of new and existing systems, includingMES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions.
Plan and execute rollout activities: stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training sessions, and phased deployments.
Act as asite anduser advocate, collecting feedback and ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value.
Trackadoptionmetrics,user engagement, and benefitsrealizationpost-deployment.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, ora related field.
3ā7 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated experience inproduct ownership and project management, including backlog management, planning, and execution tracking.
Strong experience inrequirementsgathering, process mapping, and stakeholder managementacross multiple sites.<
