Title and Summary
Digital Marketing Project Manager, Advisors and Consulting (Fluent in German)
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercardās rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management.
Within the Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services organization, Marketing Services, places Mastercard in the heart of our customerās b2b and b2b2c marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our Clientās most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard preference.
This role is responsible for delivering Marketing Services projects in Germany. The role includes:
ā¢ Deliver exceptional digital marketing projects with the driven by data analytics to ensure measurable business impact of campaigns;
ā¢ Support successful sales of digital marketing projects through Mastercardās sales teams.

Role
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
ā¢ Create and execute Marketing Services projects delivery with a focus on financial performance and impact;
ā¢ Implement marketing solutions including data driven digital campaigns, marketing automation, card lifecycle management initiatives designed to address a wide range of business needs and customer challenges as acquisition, launch, activation, usage, cross and up selling, retention and loyalty;
ā¢ Achieve operational projects execution within agreed project milestones and budget;
ā¢ Work with external marketing related partners with effective platforms, capabilities, expertise and innovative solutions that best support the growth of our business;
ā¢ Manage creative development, media planning and execution guarantying high standards of quality and coherence versus client needs;
ā¢ Apply best practices across countries;
ā¢ Influence colleagues and clients on the added value of Marketing Services projects to support the sales of digital marketing projects.
Specific Requirements:
ā¢ Years of full time experience : 3+;
ā¢ Integrated marketing knowledge with key focus in Marketing Automation / MarTech, Marketing Analytics/Marketing Attribution, SEO & AI Optimization or Conversion Rate Optimization/ Customer Journey Optimization would be a plus;
ā¢ Languages: Business Fluency in German and English are required.
ā¢ Proven track record in the management of large client accounts:
ā¢ Ability to lead, assess and drive digital marketing solutions with clients;
ā¢ Ability to strive in a matrix organization and structure;
ā¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
ā¢ Proven track record to drive digital agenda, ideate and manage digital initiatives that are scalable and multi-faceted;
ā¢ Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and rolling out highly; complex and competitive integrated and digital marketing initiatives;
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders;
ā¢ Ideally proven track record in the financial services or payment industry;
