Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Commercial & New Payment Flows)
Lead commercial card and new payment flows programs endâtoâendâshaping product roadmaps, orchestrating sales motions, and delivering operational readiness across corporate and SME segments. This role blends strategy and execution: youâll partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology/Processor teams to grow activation, supplier acceptance, tokenization, spend, balances, retention, while keeping a robust control environment and auditable documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Ship outcomes (not just activities)
-Commercial Product & Roadmap: Coâcreate the corporate card roadmap (features, pricing, benefits, segments) and translate into quarterly OKRs, KPIs, and gated delivery milestones.
-Sales Motion & Pipeline: Build and convert a healthy pipeline of B2B opportunities (large enterprise and midâmarket); design sales content, discovery scripts, and proposals; enable issuer sales teams with training and playbooks.
-Supplier Enablement & Acceptance: Stand up structured supplier onboarding programmes (education, objection handling, CRM tracking) to expand cardâbased AP flows and eâcommerce acceptance.
-Virtual Cards & Digital Adoption: Drive virtual card and digital payment adoption (wallets, tokenization) with clean operations, reconciliation support, and change controls.
-Lifecycle Programmes: Design and run activation, usage, balance build, retention across CRM, digital, and merchant channelsâowning test plans, targeting, controls, and inâlife optimization.
-Analytics & Performance Management: Partner with analytics to publish dashboards for activation, supplier acceptance, spend, attrition, ENR; structure testâandâlearn experiments and act on insights rapidly.
-Change Delivery & Controls: Run structured delivery (RAID, gating, cutovers) for platform changes and scheme/regulatory updates; maintain auditable documentation and signâoffs.
-Stakeholder Leadership: Align Product, Sales, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Tech/Processor, and vendors; sustain weekly performance cadences and unblock decisions quickly.
-Value Realization: Set success benchmarks (e.g., earlyâlife activation, acceptance, usage, retention) and lead postâlaunch optimization sprints to sustain gains.
-Spend, Balances & : Deliver measurable growth in monthly spend, ENR, and income via orchestrated programmes (product + sales + ops).
-Delivery Excellence: Maintain clean audits, stable operations, and evidenceâbased approvals; shorten cycle time from strategy to goâlive.

-Distill complex analysis into clear decisions and presentations; influence senior stakeholders confidently.

All About You
-Experience: 5 to 8 years in commercial/corporate cards and new payment flows, spanning Product (portfolio management, features/pricing) and Sales (origination, pipeline conversion).
-Lifecycle & Adoption: Handsâon design and execution of activation, usage, acceptance, retention; fluency in digital adoption drivers
-Controls & Compliance: Deliver changes within scheme/regulatory guardrails; strong ops readiness and documentation traceability.
-Analytics Fluency: Data storytelling, experimentation, and decisioning; comfort with Excel/BI; experience defining dashboards and acting on insights.
-Stakeholder Leadership: Track record aligning crossâfunctional teams and vendors to deliver on time/on budget, with weekly performance rhythms.
-You can point to 3+ endâtoâend commercial card programmes (design â controls â launch â optimization) with quantified outcomes.
-Youâve led supplier enablement and/or virtual card adoption programmes and stabilized operations postâlaunch.
-Stakeholders trust your judgment on P&L and customer experience and call you to solve hard problems fast.
All About Your Education & Skills
-Bachelorâs degree; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
-Fluent English; Arabic desirable for GCC stakeholders.
-Advanced PowerPoint/Excel/Word; familiarity with programme/campaign tools and BI platforms; project management tools preferred.
-Certifications (niceâtoâhave): PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; exposure to commercial payments platforms is a plus.
-Exceptional written, verbal, and stakeholder communication; strong organization and multitasking; analytical problemâsolving.
-Willingness to travel across the region as needed up to 80%.
