Joining our OnâSite Services team in France, you will be the Onsite IT Support Specialist ensuring that our colleagues in both office and industrial environments benefit from reliable, secure, and highâquality technology every day. This role combines technical troubleshooting, user support, and handsâon work with IT equipment.
Main responsibilities:
- Support shared spaces (meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers) to ensure smooth dayâtoâday operations.
- Manage local IT stock, maintain accurate CMDB updates, and perform regular inventory checks across the three sites.
- Coordinate logistics for shipments, returns, and device transfers between French locations.
- Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors and accompany external technicians during onâsite interventions.
- Perform periodic checks of IT rooms (temperature, cabling, AC, power supply) to ensure operational readiness.
- Identify risks or service gaps early and contribute to maintaining high service quality across all locations.
- Represent IT on site by providing friendly, clear communication and ad hoc user support when needed.
Your Background
- Experience in IT field services, onâsite support, technical support, or a similar handsâon environment.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows devices, Office 365 tools, and basic networking issues.
- Comfortable handling hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity challenges.
- Experience with IT asset management, inventories, or logistics coordination is a plus.
- Able to work independently across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; able to support a multicultural user base.
- Customerâfocused, calm under pressure, and able to provide clear and positive interactions.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent in following procedures (SOPs, runbooks, KB articles).

Ce rĂŽle combine dĂ©pannage technique, assistance aux utilisateurs et interventions pratiques sur les Ă©quipements IT.
Responsabilités principales:
- Assurer le support des espaces partagés (salles de réunion, équipements audiovisuels, imprimantes) afin de garantir un fonctionnement fluide au quotidien.
- Gérer le stock IT local, maintenir une mise à jour précise du CMDB et effectuer des inventaires réguliers sur les trois sites.
- Coordonner la logistique des envois, retours et transferts de matériel entre les différents sites en France.
- Gérer les cas de garantie avec les fournisseurs (OEM) et accompagner les techniciens externes lors des interventions sur site.
- RĂ©aliser des contrĂŽles pĂ©riodiques des salles IT (tempĂ©rature, cĂąblage, climatisation, alimentation Ă©lectrique) afin dâassurer leur bon fonctionnement.
- Identifier de maniĂšre proactive les risques ou lacunes de service et contribuer au maintien dâune qualitĂ© de service Ă©levĂ©e sur lâensemble des sites.
- ReprĂ©senter lâIT sur site en assurant une communication claire, professionnelle et un support ponctuel auprĂšs des utilisateurs selon les besoins.
Votre profil:
- Expérience en services IT sur site, support technique, field services ou dans un environnement opérationnel similaire.
- Solides compétences en dépannage de postes Windows, outils Office 365 et problÚmes réseaux de base.
- Aisance dans la gestion du matériel informatique, logiciels, périphériques et problématiques de connectivité.
- Une expĂ©rience en gestion dâactifs IT, inventaires ou coordination logistique est un plus.
- Capacité à travailler de maniÚre autonome sur plusieurs sites et à gérer efficacement les priorités.
- Excellentes compĂ©tences de communication en français et en anglais ; Ă lâaise avec un public international.
- Sens du service, calme sous pression, capable dâinteractions positives et constructives.
- OrganisĂ©(e), fiable et rigoureux(se) dans lâapplication des procĂ©dures (SOPs, runbooks, KB articles).
