Comment vous aurez un impact
Diriger et gérer des projets industriels.
Superviser les équipes de travail (sous-traitants, fournisseurs, salariés syndiqués).
Rédiger des devis techniques et participer aux analyses de sécurité machine.
Utiliser des mĂ©thodes dâamĂ©lioration continue pour optimiser les solutions.
Organiser des appels dâoffres pour lâachat, lâinstallation ou la modernisation dâĂ©quipements lourds.
PrĂ©parer des demandes dâinvestissement (Capex) et Ă©valuer les risques des projets.
Concevoir des piĂšces et outillages avec des logiciels CAO (Inventor, CREO).
Collaborer avec les opĂ©rateurs et le personnel dâentretien pour rĂ©aliser des projets dâamĂ©lioration.
Participer aux modifications de machines pour augmenter la sĂ©curitĂ© ou lâefficacitĂ©.
Responsable de la conformité aux réglementations externes et internes.
Votre profil
Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, production automatisée ou génie industriel.
Membre de lâOIQ.
Minimum 5 Ă 10 ans dâexpĂ©rience dans le domaine manufacturier.
CompĂ©tences en gestion de projets, rĂ©solution de problĂšmes et esprit dâanalyse.
MaĂźtrise du français et de lâanglais.
Expérience avec Autocad, Inventor, Creo ou autres logiciels CAO.
Leadership, autonomie et sens de lâinitiative.
Le candidat doit avoir lâautorisation de travailler pour Hitachi Ănergie au Canada.

The Opportunity

As a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager, you will lead strategic projects aimed at improving our industrial facilities and enhancing the safety and efficiency of processes. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and subcontractors while developing your skills in project management and continuous improvement. How Youâll Make an Impact
Lead and manage projects.
Coordinate and supervise work teams (subcontractors, suppliers, unionized employees).
Draft technical specifications and participate in machine safety analyses.
Apply continuous improvement methods to optimize solutions.
Organize tenders for the purchase, installation, or modernization of heavy equipment.
Coordinate compliance activities for industrial installations and equipment.
Prepare investment requests (Capex).
Assess project risks and make decisions on their viability.
Contribute to developing indicators to monitor process stability.
Design parts and tooling using CAD software (Inventor, CREO).
Collaborate with operators and maintenance staff on improvement projects.
Participate in machine modifications to increase safety or efficiency.
Responsible for compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automated Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec).
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with mechanical industrial installations (platforms, presses, lifting equipment).
Proficiency in French and English.
Skilled in Autocad, Inventor, Creo, or other CAD software.
Leadership in implementing new improvement solutions.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Leadership, autonomy, ownership, and initiative.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
