IT Service Desk Tech Intern

As an IT Services Desk Tech Intern at Intapp, you will become a part of our internal IT team committed to helping our employees provide AI-powered solutions to hundreds of the largest professional service firms worldwide. Â
We are looking for extraordinary students with a passion for IT, a love of helping people, and a desire to experience participating with a great team of IT professionals. You will be embedded within the IT Infrastructure team and explore the functions within the groupâs technology stack. What youâll do:Â
As a member of the IT Team, you will administer Windows and Linux Servers, support our employees, work in networkadministration and help develop and deliver new solutions. You will have exposure to Intappâsvirtualization environments (VMware, Azure, and AWS), Windows and Linux servers, Meraki networking solutions, Okta Identity and Security systems, and the Microsoft 365s administration suite.
What youâll need:Â Â
Junior or Senior pursuing a 4-year technical degree Â
High academic performance in Computer Science courses Â
Experience with Virtualization technologies (Azure, VMware, AWS) is a plus
Commitment to teamwork and strong communication skills Â
Excited to solve technical problems Â
Bonus if you have:Â
