We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to serve as a key leader in our Poland office and a key member of our global engineering leadership team. This role requires a seasoned engineering leader with a track record in SaaS leadership, product development excellence, and the ability to attract and develop top engineering talent at scale.Job Description and Requirements
Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for customer-facingand AI-enabledSaaS products and core platform capabilities.
Drive high-quality product development, balancing speed, reliability, security, and scalability.
Partner closely with Product Management to ensure engineering execution aligns with business outcomes and customer value.
Provide executive-level oversight for AI-enabled capabilities, whilemaintaininga strong foundationin core SaaS engineering practices.
Guide organizational design, scaling plans, and technical investment decisions.
Be a visible, inspiring leader in the Polish engineering community, helping attract senior engineering managers, directors, and principal engineers.
Build a high-performing leadership bench, coaching engineeringmanagersanddirectors for long-term growth.
Build a culture where teams take ownership,operatewith accountability, and continuously improve engineering practices.
Act as a senior engineering leader for Poland, helping shape the long-term vision, operating model, and growth strategy of the site.
Strengthen our presence within the local and regional tech ecosystem through networking, hiring, and employer branding.
15+ years of engineering experience, includingsignificant timein senior engineering leadership roles (Director / Senior Director / VP level).
Proven success leading large, multi-team engineering organizations within SaaS or global product companies.
Strong background in modern product development, including cloud-based platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise-grade software.
Experience scaling organizations through growth, transformation, or increased technical maturity.
Ability tooperatecomfortably at both strategic and hands-on leadership levels.
Prior experience working with or leading teams in Poland or Central/Eastern Europe is strongly preferred.
AI experience is valuedbut not as anarrow specialization—we areseekingbroad, senior engineering leadershipwith some relevant AI productleadershipexperience.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
530 000 and 796 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
