Responsibilities
Responsible foraccurateandtimelyglobalbillingof productsand servicesin accordance withcompany policy and processes, drivingfinancial performanceand cashflowand ensuringinternal and external customer satisfaction.
Assistwith the team’s billing processes, including mid-month and month-endinvoicing; monitoring billingrequestqueues; updating andmaintainingclientcontract information; andfacilitatingsoftwarelicense key delivery.
Work with Billing and Collectionteam members andManagement to help design, improve, and test new and existing workflows to drive billing automation initiatives.
Review monthlybillingtransactions fordataaccuracy, completeness,and trendanalysis.
Maintain working knowledge of the company’s current products and services.
Prepare and review various billing analysis and reconciliations;identifyfluctuations to expectations.
Assistwith recommendations and implementations ofprocess improvements.
Developandprepare reporting ofbillingdataforinternal and externalpartiesleveragingtools,artificial intelligence,and file transformation macros.
Work with various teams (RevenueAccounting, Deal Desk, SalesOperations) to implementprocess improvementsand controlstosupport evolution of billing in a high-growth environment.
Coordinatewith Information Technology and Business Intelligenceteamstoassistwithinternal and externalcustomer inquiries.

Assist Billingand CollectionsTeam with special projectsand periodic audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree inFinance,orAccountingpreferred.
Minimum 2years ofinvoicing and billingexperience.
Proficiencyin financial software,largeERP systems,billingand revenue management software and tools, preferably experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct,Workday,Zuora or similar applications.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel.
Emphasizeteamwork andcollaborationincluding monitoring and addressing tasks acrossmultiple participants.
Highly organizedanddetail-oriented with experience managing multiple priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skillswithabilitytopositivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS, software, or technology-related companyis a plus.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
