About the RoleĀ
The KHMS Intern supports Coaches in deploying, tracking, and sustaining KHMS practicesĀ
across teams. This role focuses on coordination, data management, and generatingĀ
insights to ensure smooth rollout and long-term adoption.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
⢠Collect and consolidate KHMS health check data; prepare reports, dashboards, andĀ
perform trend analysis or KPI dashboards for leadership. Ā Ā
⢠Review responses for inconsistencies and track maturity progress. Ā Ā
⢠Coordinate with GPLs, Tower Leads, and Team Leads; follow up on actions andĀ
ensure timely completion of deliverables. Ā Ā
⢠Send post-deployment communications, track homework, and maintain closureĀ
records. Ā Ā
⢠Provide first-level support for IO App queries; track tickets and coordinateĀ
resolution with internal/external teams. Ā Ā
⢠Assist in technical requirement gathering and configuration tracking with externalĀ
partners. Ā Ā
⢠Create and maintain training materials, repositories, and support enablementĀ
sessions; collect feedback. Ā Ā
⢠Analyze health check results, identify trends, and prepare insight-drivenĀ
presentations for leadership. Ā Ā
⢠Maintain trackers, document best practices, and support audits, workshops,Ā
and sustainability initiatives.Ā
Key Skills & QualificationsĀ
⢠Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.Ā
⢠Skilled in creating structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.Ā
⢠Familiar with process documentation and governance concepts (preferred).Ā
⢠Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities.Ā
⢠High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality.Ā
⢠Clear and effective written and verbal communication.Ā
⢠Organized, disciplined, and deadline-driven.Ā
