Job Title:ย Customer Review Process Analyst
Objective:
To create a concise, insightful, and actionable story for 42 Standard Customers (Retailers) that empowers field teams to drive category growth, fostering strong collaboration between Retailers and Kraft Heinz Company (KHC).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Interactive Customer Review Decks: Build engaging and informative decks using actionable insights to facilitate collaboration between Retailers and KHC Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize intermediate-level expertise in data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, Symphony and In-house tools to extract relevant data and insights Microsoft Tool Proficiency: Leverage intermediate to expert-level skills in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, to create visually appealing and data-driven decks Effective Communication: Develop strong storytelling skills to present data insights to US stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable recommendations SLA Quality and Timeliness: Ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery of customer review decks across all Standard Customers Value-Added Insights:
a. Identify opportunities to add value to the sales team through possible sales projections before the final review with Retailers
b. Post review with Retailers follow up on the possible outcomes and next steps of action items
