Objective:
Provide strategic financial support to the commercial team through profitability analysis, promotion tracking, discount control, and performance evaluation by customer, channel, and category. The Sales Finance Coordinator acts as a liaison between finance and sales, ensuring that commercial decisions are aligned with the company's financial objectives.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
1. - Analyze profitability by customer, channel, and product, identifying improvement opportunities.
2. - Monitor the commercial budget (discounts, promotions, rebates) and ensure proper execution.
3. - Participate in financial sales planning (forecast, budget, rolling forecast).
4. - Evaluate the performance of promotions and commercial activities, measuring their return on investment (ROI).
5. - Support the development of business cases for new commercial initiatives.
6. - Monitor commercial and financial KPIs, generating periodic reports for decision-making.
7. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
8. - Validate and control the use of commercial investment tools (TPM, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
9. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls in the commercial area.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
Bachelorās degree
~ 3-4 yearsā Finance, Sales and Desirable RGM experience
