Why This Role Matters
As a Reliability Engineer, you will ensure equipment in the plant operates efficiently and continuously. You will apply preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, support maintenance planning, and work to minimize downtime while improving overall equipment reliability.
What Youâll Do
Perform inspections of machines and electrical-mechanical assemblies and apply manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures
Provide technical support and training for preventive and reactive maintenance teams
Standardize parts and manage recommendations for spare parts and materials inventory
Analyze breakdowns and downtime to identify recurring issues and implement solutions using SAP or CMMS systems
Apply predictive diagnostic techniques (ultrasound, thermal imaging, vibration analysis, motor circuit testing) to prevent potential failures
Create lubrication routes and implement automatic lubrication systems for machines
Participate in maintenance, production coordination, and quality improvement meetings
What Youâll Bring
Basic Qualifications
VI/VII degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing
Advanced English language skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Collaborative team player with experience coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability improvement methods
Familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning and reporting
