Our mission is rapid development and integration of virtual de-risking tools & processes reducing tire builds and testing. Life Cycle Mechanics drives to increase productivity of product development and drive new technology in treadwear, durability, tire energy, and wet & snow contact mechanics. Â
As a Treadwear Performance Engineer, you will optimize tire designs to achieve treadwear performance targets across multiple product lines. This role blends analytical analysis, virtual assessment, experimental validation, and crossâfunctional collaboration to reduce performance risk and ensure tires deliver superior treadwear performance under diverse operating conditions. You will lead and support advanced technology initiatives aimed at expanding treadwear performance prediction capabilities deeper into the virtual development environment.Â
