Key Responsibilities
- Customer Management and Development: Maintain existing customer accounts, develop new customer resources, and establish and manage channel business development relationships.
- Sales Support: Assist in handling customer inquiries (RFQ), follow up on order status, and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Market Analysis: Collect and analyze market dynamics, pricing strategies, and process information of competitors; forecast monthly/quarterly/annual business volume in target markets.
- Technical Collaboration: Cooperate with the engineering team to provide customers with the best process solutions, and ensure that product performance information and design requirements conform to the company's manufacturing capabilities.
- Business Processes: Be responsible for sales data statistics and report preparation (daily, weekly, and monthly reports); assist in contract signing, invoice processing, and accounts receivable collection follow - up.
- Project Promotion: Cooperate with the sales manager to prepare new product market promotion materials, evaluate costs and delivery cycles in project management
Qualifications
- Education: Fresh graduates of 2026 or graduates with less than one year of work experience, majoring in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Business, or related fields. Candidates with a strong interest in business and internship experience in the semiconductor industry are preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills: Understand the basic principles, methods, and practices of the professional field; be able to apply the company's policies and procedures to solve routine issues; be able to apply appropriate language skills (English is the working language and should meet the needs of business communication) based on the job environment.
- Ability Quality: Have good communication and coordination skills, team-work spirit, and logical thinking ability; be proficient in using Office software and have the ability of data analysis and report writing.

任职要求
- 学历要求:2026年应届毕业生,或毕业一年以内的往届生,专业为电子工程、电气工程、化学工程、物理、商务或相关领域。对商业有浓厚兴趣,有半导体行业实习经验者优先。
- 知识技能:了解专业领域的基本原理、方法和实践;能够将公司政策和流程应用于解决常规问题;能够根据工作环境需要运用适当的语言技能(英语为工作语言,需满足商务沟通需求)。
- 能力素质:具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和学习能力;工作细致、责任心强,能承受一定工作压力。
