Lead multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, etc.âŻÂ
Manage client relationships and team communicationâŻÂ
Develop a comprehensive understanding of clientsâ program requirements and standards and policies for completion to share with your project teamsÂ
Actively lead a range of project team sizes for successful deliveryÂ
Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutions during document preparation and construction administration âŻÂ
Participate in the production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasksâŻÂ
Maintain the project manual and specificationsâŻÂ
Conduct on-site observations and document site reviewsâŻÂ
Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFIâŻÂ
Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the projectÂ
Lead construction meetings with client and contractor Â
Lead more junior members of staff:âŻmotivate and ensure quality of work; ensure clear communication; understand the skills of the team and wider resources within the officeÂ

**The base salary range will be estimated between $106-135k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
