What You Will DoÂ
Your QualificationsÂ
Executive recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
8+ years of experience recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required)Â
Bachelors degree Â
Knowledge of HRIS; Workday and Avature preferredÂ
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature)
Experience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industryÂ
Excellent organizational skillsÂ
Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environmentÂ
Foundational understanding of human resources and recruitingÂ
*This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.Â
