The Professional Services (PS) Project Manager for the Middle East & Turkey region (based in Riyadh) is a key member of the regional delivery team, responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Genesys projects across diverse customers and industries.
This role demands strong project management expertise, an understanding of customer business drivers, and the ability to align delivery execution with customer success outcomesâensuring adoption, value realization, and driving expansion opportunities.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex and strategic Genesys solution projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary customer interface, managing expectations, scope, risks, financials, schedules, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Align project delivery with customer success objectivesâfocusing on adoption, measurable business value, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Drive effective change management within projects, ensuring smooth transitions and high user acceptance.
Apply standard Professional Services methodologies and governance processes for planning, execution, and reporting.
Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Pre-Sales to ensure coordinated execution and customer alignment.
Monitor and manage project financial performance, including forecasting, margin control, and revenue recognition.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support account growth by identifying and influencing opportunities for add-on services or continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion a collaborative culture of excellence, empathy, and teamwork across the regional PS organization
Education & Experience:Â
Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or equivalent field with 8+ years of relevant project management experience; ORÂ
Masterâs Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex IT or Contact Center transformation projects, ideally in CX, telecommunications, cloud, or CRM environments.
Strong experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional delivery teams.
Solid understanding of project financials (budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office suite, and other project management or collaboration tools.
Project Management Certification:Â PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Genesys Cloud Certification:Â e.g., Genesys Cloud Professional.
Familiarity with Genesys CX solutions or similar cloud-based contact center platforms.
Experience with Agile delivery approaches or hybrid project environments.
