Overview of Business Unit
The HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete HVAC tasks as required.
Key Accountabilities
- · Complete HVAC tasks as required
- · Identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager
- · Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
- · Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- · Any other duties as required by your manager
Key Measures of Performance
- · All works completed within timeframes to standard required
- · Logon and logoff KPI achievement
- · Completed works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.
- · Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager
- · Internal and external customer satisfaction

Ensuring the HVAC division achieves revenue and margin targets.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- · Qualified and experienced HVAC Technician
- · Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial
- · Commercial maintenance experience
- · Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Good English spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
