Role Overview
As a Sales ExecutiveforCoStar Debt Solutions, youwill play a key role in expandingourstrategic relationships with both existing clients andhigh-potentialprospects.You'lljoina market leader in CRE technology, helping lenders make smarter decisions with powerful data and insights. Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:Identifyand closenew salesopportunities bydemonstratingthe value of our SaaS, data, and information services tailored specifically for commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.
Client Relationship Management:Build andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptionalserviceandidentifyingopportunities for expansion.
Territory Engagement:Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face,fosteringtrust,deliveringproduct value, andstrengtheningpartnerships.
Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams toalign onclient goals, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing client satisfaction.
Market Expertise:Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions industry-leading solutions and the commercial real estate lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.Â
Sales Execution:Own the full sales cycleâfrom prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewalsâdriving growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Basic Qualifications
4-10years of solution selling experience,with success inowning the full-sales cyclefromprospect to close.
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
A track recordof commitmentand success withprior employers.
Willingand able to travel toclientand prospect locations on a regular basis.
History of success in selling SaaS Solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Experienced withcomplexsales processes.
Comfortable with diagnostic sellingand committed todelivering solutions to our clients and prospects.
Proactive, curious, and eager to work in afast pacedenvironment.
Possessa current and valid driverâs license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
