Potential Responsibilities:
- Respond to a variety of client inquiries related to investment accounting, system onboarding, and operational issues, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing their experience and addressing their questions with professionalism and urgency.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, adapting to changes and new challenges as they arise.
- Handle operational tasks such as account setup, compliance checks, and reconciliation validation, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete long-term projects that support client needs and operational efficiencies.
- Utilize proprietary tools and resources to validate investment data against third-party market data and proactively resolve issues for clients.
- Organize daily workflow based on productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, and other accounting concepts.
- Preferred experience or coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
