We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Orthopaedic team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength, mobility, and function. You will design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training to address a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients and their families in a supportive outpatient setting. Many of the individuals you treat will be experiencing pain or physical limitations, making empathy, clear communication, and clinical excellence essential. Your guidance, reassurance, and encouragement will play a key role in motivating patients to stay engaged in their recovery and achieve measurable outcomes.

A caregiver in this position worksvariable shiftsfrom7:00am—6:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Perform initial andon-goingassessments of patient condition.
Establish,reviseand evaluate a plan of careappropriate toproblemsidentifiedand involve the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.
Perform therapy interventionsutilizingstandard physical therapy techniques and skills asappropriate forthe age and condition of the patient.
Supervise activities of Physical TherapyAssistants,studentsand other support personnel.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree or certificate
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)or American Red Cross
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Experience in a clinical area
Dry needling background
