As a Clinical Pharmacist in the Transplant department, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medications accurately, promptly, and with the utmost respect. You will use your expertise to select, dose, administer and dispense medications that support patient health and recovery, primarily focusing on heart transplant and heart failure care. In this role, you will round with heart teams, provide inpatient care, and see clinical patients as needed, while also being cross-trained to support liver and kidney transplant services. A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rotating weekends every fourth weekend and rotating holidays (one major and one minor). There are no on-call or floating requirements.
