Our ProgramManager III leads the implementation and management of key research programs. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. A core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, the Program Manager III plays a vital role in advancing research across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and program support.

Develop,implement,manage,andmaintainoperational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outsidethe community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review andmonitoradherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor'sDegree inBusinessAdministration, HealthcareAdministrationor related fieldand5 years of related experience
ORMaster’s Degreeand4years of experience
Strong presentation,communicationand training skills
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primaryresearchand business plan development
