The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Configuration Management Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our configuration management processes and systems. This role involves analyzing, testing, and verifying configuration management processes, practices across the program to maintain consistency and reliability of information.
Responsibilities:
Identifies and tracks program risks and action items to closure, and assess risk and cost of changesāÆĀ
Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with other areas, service providers, customers, and technical staffāÆāÆĀ
Support the development and delivery of briefings and training as required to leadership, individuals or teams across the program to ensure common understanding to meet objectivesāÆĀ
Review and analyze compliance with process-specific standards and policies, and stays abreast of process changesĀ
Utilize ServiceNow dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the process as neededāÆĀ
Support measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings and as requiredĀ
Identify areas for improvement in practices and recommend solutionsāÆĀ
Manages end-to-end projects that follow procedures, work instructions, and templates to support process executionāÆĀ
Supports the development and maintenance of relevant and appropriate project management documentation and artifacts (i.e. project schedules, briefings, reports, etc.)āÆĀ
Support the Lead in efforts ensuring high performance and quality are consistentāÆĀ
Support the development and maintenance of customer required and identify and recommend changes or additions to quality metrics and KPIsĀ
Establish goals and objectives for the team(s), running day-to-day operations for the assigned projectsāÆĀ
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for configuration management initiativesĀ
Conduct quality audits of configuration management processes, documentation, and outcomesĀ
Collaborate with configuration management teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecyclesĀ
Ensure impact of change on other services and Configuration Items (CIs) are effectively assessedāÆĀ
Closely work with engineering team for evaluation of configuration changes during approval and after deploymentāÆĀ
Closely work with project (release and deployment) team for changes, and ensure evaluation of configuration items.āÆ
Qualifications:
TS/SCI with poly requiredāÆĀ
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience āÆĀ
5+ years of related work experienceĀ
Good working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processesāÆĀ
ITIL V3 or 4 certification and trainingāÆĀ
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practicesĀ
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsĀ
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyĀ
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsĀ
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsĀ
Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) preferredĀ
Experience with project management tools and methodologiesĀ
Desired:Ā Ā
Advanced ITIL certifications or trainingāÆĀ
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationāÆĀ
Working knowledge with ServiceNowāÆĀ
Experience in leading large process improvement projectsāÆĀ

Pay Range:
