The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate (Level 2), Experienced (Level 3), or Senior (Level 4) Systems/Software Safety Engineer to join the US Air Force T-7 Red Hawk program located in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.
As a member of the Systems Safety engineering team, this individual will be working closely with the customer & other program teams (software, platform systems, flight engineering, production, integration, testing, and product support) to identify all potential safety hazards
and to develop associated mitigation for incorporation into the final design.
This position best suited for someone with strong critical thinking skill, works well in a cross functional team environment, ability to apply Seek, Speak and Listen methodology to efficiently connect with teammates and customers. Strong written and oral communication is also an important part of this assignment.
Primary responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
