Position Overview:
Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largestprivate memberboat club with locations both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking to add a full-timeSr.Member Experience Representative to our Member Experience Center Team.
TheSr.Member Experience Representativeis an accounting-focused customer service position andwill report to the Member ExperienceManager.The Senior Representative will support both inbound and outbound member requests and will handle advancedaccountservice needs thatrequiresa close working relationship with the accounting teams.

Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary point of contact for advanced member account inquiries.
Collaborate closely with the accounting team to accurately process account-related requests.
Manage billing-related tasks, including but not limited to payment method updates, refunds, holds, club transfers, and cancellations.
Handle escalations and provide support requiring advanced account visibility.
Respond to a high volume of member emails and perform follow-up outbound calls.
Ensureaccuratedocumentation, tracking, and record keeping.
Use multiple computer applications to process and resolve member requests.
Protect and secure membersâ personal and financial information.
Identifymember needs and deliver personalized, effective solutions.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all account modifications and communications.

Required Qualifications
Proven customer service experience, including the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and priorities.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting customer personal information.
Proficiencywith computers and experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+years of relevant work experience.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelorâsdegree (or equivalent work experience)

Working Conditions
This is a fully remote position
Member Experience Center operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PMEastern Time
Full-time role:40 hoursper week, Monday through Friday, with occasional holiday coverage as needed.Â
ââTheanticipatedpay range for this position is $41,600.00 to $52,700.00 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidateâs qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
