Shape product direction together with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
Mentor and guidefrontendengineers, helping cultivate a culture of curiosity, inclusion, and technical excellence.
Work in an Agile setup where autonomy, ownership, and accountability matter.
Use AI proactively from day one, both as a development accelerator and as a tool youvalidateand refine to ensurehighqualityoutcomes.
Ability to combine generalistproblemsolvingwith strong engineering fundamentals, guiding AI tools whileretaininghuman ownership of outcomes.

WhatWeâreLooking For
AI 1st engineers, whohasexperience using AI development tools
7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-onproficiencywithTypeScript, JavaScript, Angular and React.
Deep understanding of web performance,renderingpatterns, application security, and modern frontend architectures.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, or Azure DevOps.
Experience leading project teams or owning significant system components.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with clarity and practicality.
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-complexity domains.
Ability to use AI to supportdesignthinkingand architectural decisions, defining patterns and measurableSLO/NFR targetsforhighqualityengineering outcomes.
Curiosity about AIâaugmented engineering, workflow-driven automation, or practical AI productization.
Nice to Have / Great to Learn Here
Experience working in an agile development team or on open-source development projects.
Knowledge of Core Java, design patterns, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Exposure to optimisation problems or quantitative systems.
