The Customer Successroleis part of theRelationship Managementteam ofAladdin Wealth Techwithinthe Aladdin Business. Itis responsible formaximizing the value of the Aladdin product through engagement and education, as well asworking closely with clients to be their trusted consultant, problem solver, and business partner. This is a client-facingroleand you will be expected to build deep and highly effective partnerships with clients to understand and solve problems.

Job Description
Serve as aclientfacingplatform expert driving advisor engagement, adoption, and ahighqualityuser experience
Support deployments from rollout through long-term usage, ensuring advisors andhomeofficeteams fullyleverageplatform capabilities
Leadlargescaletrainings, webinars, in-person sessions, and targeted 1:1 coaching
Represent Aladdin Wealth at client events and roadshows, engaging advisors and communicating platform value
Partner withBlackRock Sales Teams, Product, Engineering, UX, and Client Delivery to align client needsand inform roadmap priorities
Produce and analyze usage reporting toidentifyadoption trends and tailor outreach strategies
SupportWalkMedigitaladoption workflows to deliver scalable,in-appeducation and improve advisor efficiency
Qualifications
3-5years ofpreviouswork experience in Wealth Management, Financial Markets, Technologyor related industries is a must
Knowledge of BlackRockproducts beneficial
High EQ with strong relationship building skills and comfort interacting with both advisors and home office leaders
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for advisors and senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of Financial Advisor workflows and the broader wealthmanagement ecosystem;wire houseexperience is a plus
Highly organized with strong projectmanagement capability; able to coordinate crossfunctional initiatives and manage multiple priorities
Experience in sales, marketing, or outbound advisor engagement is a plus
Willingness to travel fortraining, field meetings, and client events
Eventplanningexperience and a commitment to continuous learning areadvantageous.
