POSITIONSUMMARY:
Provide direction to 5-50concessionemployees; overseeallfacetsof stand operations and implementation of company policies during an event
POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify inventories prior to an event in each stand in assigned area
Complete administrative paperwork
Assiststand managers in solving any problems
Ensure each stand in assigned areacomplies withall company policies and procedures, safety,sanitationand liquor laws
Ensure customer service, proper inventory control, cash control, food production, set up, clean up and compliance of all company rules and policies
Work with stand managers to ensure compliance with all safety,sanitationand alcoholic beverage laws
Ensure state and local health requirements are met for food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers
Reports directly toConcessionsManager.
Assistswith opening,closingand employeecheckin duties.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GEDrequired
Basic working knowledge of Concession/Cafeteria Operations
Basic working knowledge of Cash Handling Procedures

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to interact with customers and coworkersin order toassure compliance with company servicestandards
Ability toobservecustomers fordeterminingwhether service of alcohol isappropriateinlight oflocal ABC laws
Ability to perform arithmetic operations involving all US monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening,weekendsand holidays, as needed

Must have professional appearance and attitude
Must be at least 18 years old
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Mustbe capable of reaching, bending, stooping, wiping,pushingand pulling. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, up and down stairs up to 400 feet about 4 times per shift.
HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $20.00
