The Role:
This position supports food and beverage operations for facility events bymaintainingcleanliness,assistingwith event setup and breakdown, transporting supplies and equipment, and ensuring efficient service for both banquet and concessions operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout all food and beverage areas of the facility.
Support banquet andconcessionsoperations by transporting food, beverages, equipment, and supplies todesignatedareas.
Assistwith pre-event and post-event setup and breakdown of food and beverage service areas.
Collect, clean, and store food service equipment, utensils, and service items.
Assistwith receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper storage, rotation, labeling, anddatingproducts.
Maintain clean and organized storage areasin accordance withcompany and health standards.
Move inventory, products, and equipment throughout the facility as needed.
Transport ice, food products, and beverage supplies to service locations.
Clean spills promptly andmaintainsafe, hazard-free work areas.
Restock supplies andassistwith pulling inventory as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Provide support to food and beverage teams to ensure efficient event operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School degree/GED or equivalent isrequired.
Previousexperience in food service, hospitality, event operations, or facility support preferred.
Experience in a convention center, banquet, or high-volume service environment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
